:: From Up on Poppy Hill ::

Hey there, peeps! [Salam as well]

Few days back, I watched this Japanese animation movie entitled "From Up on Poppy Hill", or in its Japanese title "Kokurikozaka Kara". This movie was produced by Studio Ghibli, which is also known for few anime movies such as Spirited Away, The Cat Returns and Howl's Moving Castle.

The movie tells the story of a girl, Umi Matsuzaki who always raise flags for her missing father. An incident happened in her school during recess brings the meeting between herself and Shun Kazama, one of the boys whose their club house was about to be demolished. As the pair begins to have feeling for one another, conflict has risen and both of them become awkward to each other. Even so, both of them were able to love each other as lovers as the story was about to end.

Oh yeah, I drew this as I was still watching the movie and this is one of the scene that I love the most. The scene was that ... Umi confessed her feelings for Shun even though she knew that both of them were possibly siblings and siblings have been prohibited to love each other more than they should, and thus, same goes to Shun himself.

For me, this movie has been a very worth watching ones. Here,I learned ... in this life, there will be unexpected events you wouldn't even realized until you saw it for yourself. Also, I learned that ... to draw Studio Ghibli-styled anime is pretty much difficult, somehow. Haha.

I would like to recommend this melodrama movie for you all to watch. Like seriously. *smile* That's all for now, till then.
