:: Leaving (Dedication to Late Grandmother) ::
It was the usual day as always. You were still there, hanging onto life when you knew it was the right time to leave. It was unusual for you to suddenly get well when you knew that time never waited for you. You kept silent and there were sounds in your throat and you knew it was time. Yet you cannot leave and you do not want to worry others with your difficulties. So you waited for a second. A minute. An hour. Half day. Everyone came back home and things settled down. Others were relaxed and even joked around. The time had passed. Your breath stopped. Then, you peacefully passed when others were sad and cried. It has been a few months since then. We still remembered you. For you had been always there for them; your children and us; your grandchildren. ~ In Memory of A.O. (Dec. 1932 - May. 2016) ~
