:: 2015 Anime Review ::

Salam, good day peeps!

So...here I am again to update and also to do another anime review for a few anime I have watched during leisure time. Hahaha. Without further ado, let's go!

On the right side is the anime entitled High School Star Musical or most known as STARMYU and yep, this anime tells the story of 1st year high school student, Hoshitani Yuta, who dreamed of becoming a star as his idol whom he first saw on one rainy day. He became good friend with Nayuki Toru on the first day of school and together they went for an audition organized by the Kao Council, the well-known student council comprised of 5 seniors from the musical department. Both of them alongside Tengeji Kakeru, Tsukigami Kaito and Koga Shu were almost disqualified when one of the Kao Council members, Otori Itsuki, was interested on them and thus, Yuta, Toru, Kakeru, Kaito and Shu became a team.

Well, what I like about this anime was the fact that they were indeed musical. I mean, just read the title and you can definitely relate to High School Musical movie series. What they do in that movie? One, they sang. Two, they danced. Three, they performed. Four, they have their dramas. 

Nonetheless, for those who really into shounen and musics, you can try watching this anime. A reminder for those who didn't really want to be cringed because of their songs...and at certain moment, the songs could make you somehow laugh too.

Moving on with this one on the left. The anime; Aoharu X Kikanjuu or Aoharu X Machinegun , is the anime that embarked the journey of Tachibana Hotaru, a high school student and she was forced to join the world of 'survival games' because she lost on one-on-one game with Matsuoka Masamune, a host and a member of Team Toy Gun Gun. Together with Yukimura Tohru, a manga artist, they participated survival games including high-level survival game named TCG (Top Combat Game). What Masamune and Tohru do not know about Hotaru was that Hotaru was a girl and she joined the team because they mistook her as a boy.

What I like about this anime is, the anime actually introduced a new sports, survival games, into the community. It is similar to games revolving paintball guns and BB guns within a nation scale. Besides that, I personally like the running gags happening between Team Toy Gun Gun members and the gags cracked me out most of the time.

So yeah, for those who really into gaming and sports generally, you can try watching Aoharu X Kikanjuu during free time.
