Without further a-do, let's do this!
Okay, so basically...
Starred by well-known actresses such as Shim Eun-kyung, Kang So-ra and Min Hyo-rin, it was premiered in 2011 in South Korea and if I'm not mistaken, it was notably one of top seller and most viewed movie in the country.

Let's take a look in overall plot.
The movie was set in the present time, for about 25 years after their high school lives. Im Na-mi, who had just visited her mother in the hospital, coincidentally saw one of the patients in a rather dramatic way and she came across to the name of the patient, Ha Cheon-hwa. She was in disbelief when she read the name and decided to visit the patient later.

When Na-mi and Cheon-hwa finally met each other, Cheon-hwa told her that she has two months to live and her last wish was to meet all the "Sunny" members before dying. Na-mi decided to help as she longed to see her friends again.
Along the way including the flashbacks from Na-mi's view, she met her friends one by one and each one lived a totally different life than what one wished.
Kim Jang-mi was an insurance agent who flunk in her work performance and cynically commented on her double eyelid by her boss.
Hwang Jin-hui became a rich married woman who changed her way of talking and somehow did "things" to her face.
Seo Geum-ok was unemployed and lived with her husband's family and also being pressurized by her mother-in-law.
Ryu Bok-hui was having difficulty working at a bar to pay debts for her mother's hair saloon while drifted from her daughter.
Unfortunately, Cheon-hwa had passed away without meeting the last "Sunny" and all six of them gathered together in the funeral. The ending of the movie was quite touching as they were able to meet the long-awaited member, Jeong Su-ji who smiled happily to all of them.
The main theme here is...
The beauty of friendship. The movie has highlighted lot in the bond of friendship between 7 women ever since high school and it shown where Na-mi and sometimes with Jang-mi attempted to find "Sunny" for Cheon-hwa's sake and helped them at the same time. It can be seen where Na-mi saw Bok-hui's struggles with her life and herself by offering help to find new job and surely Bok-hui was reluctant to it.

Not only that, flashbacks played from Na-mi's view shown how much "Sunny" influenced her view about true friends despite their attributes and how much she has been longing to see her friends and relive their sunny moments together as she often looked at groups of high school girls and reminiscing her past.
Other notable themes : Love.
Whilst searching for all her friends, Na-mi seeked help to search her first love, Han Jun-ho to make end meets with him. While reminiscing the moments of him especially he saved her from Girls' Generation members and she witnessed Jun-ho and Su-ji kissed and left wth a broken heart, she finally met Jun-ho who was an owner to a music cafe or bar and has a son who looked exactly like the young him. By the time she gave Jun-ho his portrait which was drawn 25 years ago, she made up her mind to not grasp the same feeling she had for him and moved on from continuously haunted by her sadness.
So. Recommend this or not?
If you had the longing to see friends from previous schools and neighborhood and often talked about good memories during those times as well as loved to listen to oldies and more as OST and BGM in the movie, I would recommend highly for you guys to watch either in Youtube or any websites for streaming drama.
